90-DAY WARRANTY ($0 deductible)
Covers structural and mechanical items that were confirmed to be in good working order/good condition at the time of the inspection.
MOLDSAFE ($300 deductible)
Covers any New Visible Mold in the home that was not there at the inspection
– Up to $2,000 coverage for remediation of the new mold
5-YEAR PLATINUM ROOF PROTECTION
This service contract is for the repair of leaks to your home’s roof for a period of 5 years following
the date of inspection.
SEWERGARD ($300 deductible)
Covers underground Water Lines and Sewer/Septic Lines
– Up to $4,000 coverage ($2,000 coverage per line)
– You may extend this coverage for $12.95 per month
RECALLCHEK (Free service for life!)
RecallChek is a secondary report that notifies you of any potential recalls within the appliances of your home; whether a fire or safety hazard, you get a free in-home repair ore replacement.
Full Concierge Service & Utility Set-Up
– Take the stress out of moving with Utility Set-Up, we will set up all the utilities for your new home.
