With the consulting service, you request the amount of service that you need, to fit your needs, and your budget. This service typically costs significantly less than a full home inspection, and can be accompanied by a short written letter explaining the situation that you have requested to have evaluated.
PLEASE NOTE: This service is not as complete as a full home inspection, and does not meet all the guidelines set forth by the WV State Fire Marshal’s Office. This service is not intended to replace a home inspection where such inspection has been indicated.
